Question: How do I access the unpublished opinions from State appellate courts through the FeedBurner?

KLB ANSWER:

You can't directly access them via feedburner since we do not separately post them on KyCases.com.

Here is how to get to the unpublished decisions:

a. Direct search using the www.KyCourts.net search for decisions (AWFUL).

b. Waiting till the LawWire comes out which posts them by week and organized by publish vs. nonpublish status, and then by category. Due to time limitations, we are not digesting the NPO's but are giving subject and key words to all and a few digests. The lawwire has a link to each NPO AOC decision.

c. Via the minutes. Open up the minutes in your PDF reader (eg., Acrobat) and you can click in the far right column on the case a hot link to the direct full text decision at the aoc site!
